It’s time to take that cruise to Alaska you’ve been dreaming about.
If you’ve ever wanted to visit Alaska’s Glacier Bay National Park or the Bahamas, Black Friday would be a good time to book your dream vacation at a steep discount.
Holland America line, for one, is offering up to 40% off more than half of its trips around the globe
The cruise line sets sail from a variety of locations, but it has a plethora of departures right from California. An 18-day roundtrip from San Diego to Hawaii, for example, invites visitors to surf in Honolulu, hike to waterfalls in Lahaina and sip Kona’s world-class coffee. There’s also a seven-day Mexican Riviera excursion that departs from SoCal with stops in the lively towns of Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, among others.
If Alaska is more your speed, the cruise line has plenty of options from Seattle, including week-long explorations of Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan.
The Black Friday discount will be live Nov. 17-27 and apply to remaining 2022 voyages select and 2023 trips. To celebrate Cyber Week, Holland will also offer $25 off deposit fees Nov. 28 to Dec. 1.
This year, Black Friday falls on Nov. 25, as it traditionally does on the day after the Thanksgiving holiday. Cyber Monday is slated for Nov. 28.
But Black Friday is no longer a one-day shopping bonanza followed by Cyber Monday online deals. The weeks leading up to these consumer holidays are now part of the fun, with new sales popping up almost every day. While some brands have already revealed their plans for Black Friday travel deals — or started offering early discounts — this list will most certainly grow as we get closer to Cyber Week.
